This year, we were fortunate to have started many plants in our cubicles and were able to have most of our garden planted by mid-May. As of June 29th, it was evident that our plants were thriving and may actually surpass last years success. Here are a few pictures of our garden from that day. As you can see in the photos, we have a variety of plants that we didn't experiment with last year. This years garden includes: Potatoes, Eggplant, Beets, Peppers, Cucumbers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Salsify, Zucchini, Corn, Green Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Acorn Squash, and Sweet Meats Squash.
